If it is breaks we fix it, if it isn't what you expected we exchange or refund it, if it gets lost in the post we send you another one.
You can return any order within 60 days for an exchange or a refund, with no reason required (although we will still ask for one so that we can do better next time!).

Guarantee
All StoneArrow designs have a lifetime guarantee against faulty workmanship. Any product found to be faulty as a result of manufacture can be returned for a full refund or credit (including shipping costs) or exchanged for a new item. This does not include natural wear and accidental damage to a piece of jewellery. In the unlikely event that there is a defect in your item(s) we will fix or replace them at any time.

Returns
You may return any product within 60 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Items must be returned unused and unaltered. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition also. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
