Refunds

At Stone Arrow we are totally committed to good old fashioned customer service.  What that means is if it is breaks we fix it, if it isn't what you expected we exchange or refund it, if it gets lost in the post we send you another one.  

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and offer a 14 day return period for any reason you are not satisfied with the product.

You may return any product within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Items must be returned unused and unaltered. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition also.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods:

All Stone Arrow designs have a lifetime guarantee against faulty workmanship.  Any product found to be faulty as a result of manufacture can be returned for a full refund or credit including shipping costs or exchanged for a new item.  This does not include natural wear and tear on a piece of jewellery. 

Refunds:
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Sale items:
 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
